Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details for the upcoming Tech Support shoot in Waterville Valley. Below is our formal proposal outlining Windwood’s approach, crew support, and production capabilities for your project.

OVERVIEW

Windwood will support WIRED’s Tech Support series with a full day on site production team in Waterville Valley. The crew will operate as an integrated extension of the WIRED production environment, supplying experienced personnel and a complete camera, audio, and lighting package suitable for a two camera interview setup and on location coverage.

All raw video, audio, and media files will be delivered at the conclusion of the shoot or immediately after, depending on transfer needs.

After the interview portion is complete, one of the Windwood shooters will transition to the mountain to capture skiing footage of the subject. This additional coverage will align with WIRED’s style and provide clean supplements to the interview content.

Camera equipment will include two Blackmagic Ursa Mini Pro G2’s as well as a Blackmagic 4k Pocket Cinema Camera on a gimbal for the potential skiing shots.
